Vertical axis full cone nozzles can spray very uniformly over the entire circular area. The X-type swirl insert has a large opening, making it very safe to operate. Vertical axis full cone nozzles can be provided with various angles and flow rates. Horizontal axis full cone nozzles are suitable for spraying or firefighting in sealed spaces with liquids that contain a considerable amount of solids. The liquid to be atomized is supplied laterally towards the swirl chamber, imparting rotation without being affected by the swirl insert, thus preventing clogging. Cluster head nozzles (heads with multiple nozzles) can create a large surface area of sprayed liquid by adding various finely atomizing individual nozzles. When a mist-like full cone atomization with relatively large flow rates is required, such as in gas exchange processes, steam cooling, or dust suppression, Lechler's cluster head nozzles are effective and advantageous.
